You should not take aspirin or any
other blood-thinning medication (Burana, Orudis, Ketomex,
Innohep, Marevan etc.) before the operation.
You should shower or bathe thoroughly before
the operation. Your skin should be in good condition,
undamaged and with no signs of infection.
You can not eat, drink, or smoke in the morning of the
operation day. You can not drink alcoholic beverages within
24 hours before the operation because alcohol can be
dangerous in combination with the medication You will be
given in the clinic.
After certain plastic-surgery operations there is a
possibility of swelling and slight bleeding around the
incision spots for about two weeks. You should avoid heavy
physical exercise for about a month after the operation.
Take enough time for recovery.
Recovering from Your surgery is faster when You are in good
physical condition. Also, You should keep the areas around
the incisions clean. You should get up on Your feet on the
next day after Your operation because staying in bed for too
long slows down blood circulation. You should also perform
light exercises when still in bed.
Depending on the type of surgery performed, the healing
process may take up to 6 or even 9 months to complete.
During this time it is possible to experience slight pain
and colour changes around the incisions. The final results
can be reached in 6 up to 9 months.
You should follow Your doctors pre- and postoperative
instructions and have Your stitches removed and checked at
the time specified by Your doctor, otherwise we can not take
the responsibility for the results of the operation. |
